No one knows how to program strength like I do.

Period.

Tony is smiling in a gym. He is wearing a black tank top with bright trim. He is bald and has many laugh lines around his eyes and mouth.

For more than 30 years, I’ve been creating personalized fitness plans that help people reach their goals. I work with:

  • Professional athletes.

  • Experienced amateurs who want to level up their workout.

  • Novices who need help shaping their plans.

Consulting with doctors, you and I will set clear, realistic goals, then create a diet and exercise program that will get you there.

I also provide long-distance programming and coaching for people outside the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

About Tony

With over 20 years of experience in professional sports and competitive powerlifting, I bring elite-level knowledge and dedication to every client I train. My journey began on the baseball field, where I played at the collegiate level before going on to play professionally for three years.

Transitioning to strength sports, I became a dominant force in powerlifting. As a personal trainer and competitive lifter, I held the title of United States Powerlifting Association National Champion for 10 consecutive years. On the world stage, I ranked among the top 10 powerlifters globally, earning silver medals at the 1997 and 1998 World Championships and taking home gold in 1999. I came back to compete in 2021. I set a world record for bench press in my weight class, a milestone that reflects my dedication, discipline, and passion for strength training.

Now, I use that same focus to help others reach their full potential—whether their goals are to build strength, improve performance, or transform their lives through fitness.
